• For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used personal care products.

• If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, it may be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of receipt.

• Customers must contact customer service and provide clear photos of the damaged product.

Litco Store bears the shipping cost in cases of damaged or incorrect products, which rarely occur.

Out of our commitment to your satisfaction and trust in Litco products, we offer the Golden Guarantee, which allows you to receive a full refund if you are not comfortable with the product, subject to the following terms:

Golden Guarantee Terms & Conditions:

  1. A refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the order date. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 business days after approval.
  2. The guarantee applies once only per customer throughout their entire relationship with the store.
  3. The guarantee applies to one unit per product type only and does not include additional quantities within the same or other orders.
  4. O2 products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their personal-use nature.
  5. The guarantee does not cover any damage resulting from misuse or improper storage by the customer.
  6. This policy applies to orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
  7. Litco Store reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Golden Guarantee at any time, with notice published on the official website or approved channels.
